Description

The landscape of preventing problem gambling requires that we lead with evidence-based models. This training will describe MI, Stages of Change, and Diffusion of Innovations as evidence-based models. Participants will learn how to incorporate these evidence-based models into problem gambling prevention programming.

  • Describe Motivational Interviewing.
  • Describe the Diffusion of Innovations.
  • Describe at least five strategies and techniques for integrating the evidence-based models into problem gambling prevention
